Program Focus:  Create a delightful camp experience in a nurturing, fun and social environment where young children can thrive and grow. 

Program Structure:  The day is filled with challenging age-appropriate activities that children love such as music and movement, art, science, literature, imaginative indoor play, outdoor games and sprinkler fun. A thematic approach to learning is used to stimulate the child’s creativity and introduce new information in a variety of ways. A mid-morning snack is included each day.

Three-Ring Circus!

Session 1: June 25–July 13 (No Camp on Wednesday, July 4)

Come join us on an exciting and wonderous trip to the Circus.  We will be juggling like the clowns and investigating why balloons float in the air.  We will have fun learning about all the amazing circus animals.  Then enjoy listening to the great circus adventures in our daily storytelling and music time.  And finally, we will develop our artistic talents with a fun-filled circus art project.

The People in our Neighborhood

Session 2: July 16–August 3

Let’s take a delightful walk through our neighborhood and learn about all the people who work there.  We will explore the exciting lives of a Police Officer and a Firefighter.  Then let's look into how the local animal doctor takes care of all of the animals.  Each day will be a new adventure as we learn about all the great people who work in our neighborhood through exciting activities such as games, art, music and science projects.  Together we will have fun experiencing all of the different things we can be when we grow up!

Early Drop-Off and Late Pick-Up

Early drop-off is at 8am and late pick-up is offered at Stein Hall until 1pm. The fee is $7 per hour and is a pay-as-you-go service. 

Requirements

Please be aware of the following information for all Early Childhood programs:

• Children must be three years old by June 1, 2012
• Children MUST be completely toilet trained.
• Children will be grouped by their birthdays.
• Any special requests for group placement, must be made at time of Registration.
