CONCORDIA BASKETBALL CAMP, for campers 6–16, offers a 4-day session from August 6 - August 9, 9am to 4pm. This program consists of individual skill building, drills, game play with instruction, confidence building, teamwork and good sportsmandship. Learn more here.
NEW FOR 2012! CONCORDIA BASEBALL CAMP, places emphasis on the fundamentals of the game: batting, pitching, catching, infield and outfield, base running, bunting and game competition. Top-level instruction from experienced coaches and players.
ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL AFTERNOON SPORTS CAMP, for grades 1–9, uses the spacious Concordia College athletic fields, gyms and facilities to engage campers in a wide variety of sports. Sport specific coaches are provided for tennis, soccer and basketball. Campers also play baseball/softball, lacrosse, softball, volleyball, team handball, floor hockey, dodgeball, badminton, bowling all in a safe, friendly and fun-filled environment. Learn more here.
THE ENRICHMENT PROGRAM, for grades 1–9, provides creative, stimulating courses in a wide variety of subjects, including art, cartooning, cooking, computers, crafts, magic, science, spybot robotics, web page building and video production. CONCORDIA CONSERVATORY OF MUSIC & ART, for grades 1–12, includes music camp offerings with the Musical Theatre Workshop, Suzuki Violin Camp, Guitar Launch Camp, the Summer Keys Piano Camp, Camp Band Bash, Chamber Music Camp and Vocal Arts Workshop. All camps culminate with the Conservatory Summer Festival 2012. In addition, the Conservatory offers Private Music Instruction for all ages and in all instruments. DAY TRIP ADVENTURES CAMP, for grades 2–9, from August 6–10 and August 13–17, takes campers on well-supervised trips to such exciting venues as The Beczak Environmental Center, Yankee Stadium, rock climbing at Sportime USA, Liberty Science Center, Sony Wonderlab, Museum of Natural History, Norwalk Aquarium and many more fascinating, fun places in the metropolitan area.
