Register by Mail or Fax

To register via mail or fax, for each camper please:

1. Review the Camp programs; either on the website or download the 2012 catalog.
2. Download, print and complete the registration form.
3. Download, print and complete the release form - remember to sign and date.
4. For all divisions of camp, please include your child's immunization record (NYS requires this information).
5. If you would like your camp balance to be charged to your credit card on the due date (May 25) be sure to initial the appropriate box on the registration form.
6. Please remember to include any requests for pro-rating at the time of registration. Requests made after registration is received, will be charged $25.
7. Please remember to include your deposit with your registration.
