Last Day for Registration

The last day for registrations for the different programs is as follows:

Discounts

Sibling Discount:  Concordia Day Camp offers a $50 per session/per program discount for each sibling registered beyond the first child. This discount is applied to the balance, not to the deposit.

Early Registration Discount:  Register by March 31 and enjoy last year's rates.

Day Trip Adventures:  Register for both weeks and receive a $50 discount.

Payment of Balance

The balance of all fees is due on May 25, 2012. Registrations after the payment date of May 25, 2012, will require payment in-full at time of registration.

In order for your child to attend each program, the balance must be paid in full, prior to the beginning of the program.

Withdrawal, Refund, and other Charges

There will be a $25 fee for any changes in classes, programs, or adding pro-rating, after registration has been received. In the event you withdraw your child from the program prior to:

• Musical Adventures: June 4
• Session 1 & 4 Week Session: June 18
• Session 2: July 9
• Day Trip Adventures Camp: July 30

The following applies:

• All payments will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable $150 deposit for each camper.
• No refunds will be given for withdrawals after the above-listed dates.
• No refunds will be issued if camp must be closed due to weather or unforeseen emergencies.
• Credit will NOT be given for any days or weeks missed by campers due to illness or vacation.
• A charge of $25 will be imposed for returned checks.
